On most farms, internet comes into the house, one router sits by a window, and the signal fades before the end of the driveway. There’s no WiFi in the shop, none in the barn, and calls drop when you walk between buildings.
We take the internet you already have — SaskTel, Xplore, Starlink, any provider — and spread it across your entire yard with commercial-grade equipment. House, shop, barn, quonset, out to the bins. Your phone switches between buildings automatically.
You own the system outright. No monthly equipment rental, no contract. And if your internet connection itself is the weak point, we install and set up Starlink too, so both the connection and the coverage get handled in one project.

Why farm wifi is more complicated than house wifi
The distances are wrong for home equipment. A router or mesh pod is built to cover a house — maybe 50 feet through drywall. Your shop might be 100 metres from the house, the barn another 150 past that, and the bins farther still. Home gear was never designed to throw a signal that far, and cranking up more pods in the house doesn’t change that.
Steel stops WiFi. A metal shop or quonset is basically a sealed box to a WiFi signal. Even if a strong signal reaches the outside wall, almost none of it gets inside. That’s why you can stand beside the shop with two bars and lose everything the moment you step through the door. The only fix is equipment mounted inside the building itself.
Stuff is in the way. Grain bins, trees, parked equipment, a shelterbelt — anything between two buildings weakens or blocks the signal. Getting reliable coverage means putting the links up high and aiming them past the obstacles, which is a design job, not a plug-it-in job.
So we do what home equipment can’t:
We install muliple commercial grade access points in your yard and inside each building where you need signal, connected back to your internet with dedicated building-to-building links mounted to clear the obstacles. Signal is strong where you actually stand — at the workbench, in the barn, out by the bins.
This system is commercial grade hardware you buy once and own. It runs on whatever internet you have now or switch to later.

Here’s how the process works:
- Yard assessment ($500, credited to your project) — we walk your yard, check your buildings and current internet, and design your coverage
- Fixed-price quote — typical yards run $8,000–15,000, with the price set before work starts
- Install, usually 2–3 days on site — we handle mounting, wiring, and setup, and hand you a working app
- Optional monitoring, from $99/mo — we watch the system remotely, apply updates, and fix most issues before you notice them. On call for any issues.
You’ve got better things to do than fight with technology. We design it, install it, and it just works.
Common questions
Do I need to change internet providers?
Usually not. We build on whatever you have. If your current internet onnection is the weak link, we can set up truly high-speed Starlink as part of the project.
Will it work in my metal shop?
Yes. Metal buildings block outside WiFi entirely, so we mount equipment inside them. You get full signal inside.
How far can coverage reach?
Buildings hundreds of metres apart are routine. Far bins, a second yard, or a shop across the road can all be connected — bring it up at the assessment, and we have solutions.
Are there monthly fees?
None required. You own all the equipment. The monitoring and on-call plan is optional.
What about cameras?
Since the network is already in place, cameras are a straightforward add-on: motion alerts to your phone, footage stored on site, securely accessable from anywhere in the world. Most customers add 4–6 cameras.

We’re based in Saskatoon and install farm yard WiFi across central Saskatchewan. Most of our work is within about two hours of the city — around Warman, Martensville, Dalmeny, Osler, Hague, Rosthern, Wakaw, Cudworth, Humboldt, Watrous, Dundurn, Hanley, Delisle, Asquith, Biggar, Radisson, Borden, and Blaine Lake — but we regularly go farther for full-yard projects.
Farther out — Prince Albert, North Battleford, Melfort, Rosetown, or anywhere else in Saskatchewan — ask. For a complete yard install, travel is rarely the deciding factor, and we’ll tell you up front if your location adds cost.
